Hello Backers!
Per our last update, AIR PIX shipments will begin this week. With that, please know over 1000 backers have not completed their surveys yet.
If you have not filled out your survey from our partner Backerkit, please do so as soon as possible otherwise this will delay your shipment. Completing the survey will allow you to choose your AIR PIX color and confirm your shipping address. If you can’t find the survey, please use this link https://air-pix.backerkit.com/ (make sure to enter the email address used when ordering your AIR PIX).
PLEASE NOTE: Indiegogo has a mandatory 10 day waiting period before your order is pushed through to us. So if your order was within the last 10 days, you will receive your Backerkit survey 11 days following your Indiegogo order date. Email us at [email protected] should you have any questions.

Hello Backers!
Over the last few weeks we have shipped several AIR PIX to select pilots for their testing. They are providing us with some extremely important user experience and this feedback has been given to our developers and manufacturing team. This information is making AIR PIX the best product we can give our backers. We want to make sure AIR PIX performs as anticipated.
We hate that we are behind schedule. This is not the way AirSelfie conducts business at all. We have a team working diligently all over the world to get AIR PIX to you as soon as possible. But we also know that you want us to get it right! With that, shipments are now scheduled to begin the week of November 4, 2019.
Thanks for your patience and for backing AIR PIX!

We will be posting this on our website and social media, but we wanted you guys to see it first! Mass production is going slower than we had expected, but hang in there you’ll be getting your AIR PIX soon too!

Hello Backers!
Approximately 1000 AIR PIX units have been built. During the lengthy and meticulous quality control process, our engineers have double checked all of the sensitive components in AIR PIX and identified a flight control issue with an altitude sensor parameter. The engineers are holding this batch until the issue is solved.
These are hiccups which are typically identified on the manufacturing line when a product moves into mass production. There have also been delays in the manufacturing process due to the Chinese holidays last week which shut down the factory for four days. We will have a better gauge on shipping dates next week and will send out another update then.
We sincerely apologize for the delays and truly appreciate your patience and understanding during the intricate mass production process. We firmly stand behind AIR PIX and our resolve to send you the very best product possible.

In the spirit of full transparency, we are letting you know that we had a small set-back. While quality control testing the first AIR PIX off the mass production line we found a flaw in how the newly, more efficient propeller design attaches to the rotor. That’s the bad news.
The good news is that WE ARE ON IT! Our engineers and production factory have found the solution that will deliver the quality and performance we demand and you, our backers, deserve. AIR PIX will be back in our distribution center by 26 September with initial shipping beginning by the end of next week. Tracking numbers will be issued via email as shipments are prepared.
As crowdfunding campaigns go, we are doing very well in that we are technically less than a month behind schedule. We can’t thank all of you enough for your patience and appreciate your understanding in wanting the best product in your hands and in the air!
