Hello Backers!
Many of you have received your AIR PIX and are enjoying its superior aerial camera experience. We’re thrilled and thank you for your terrific feedback!
Now that we are past the holiday crush, our shipping backlog will soon clear. Certain customs offices have sent back several AIR PIX to Hong Kong due to “roadblocks” with Lithium-Ion batteries in a few countries. Once those packages are received in our distribution center, they will ship out to customers via a different carrier (new tracking information will also be sent as soon as the AIR PIX ships).
After the initial production and testing, we’ve implemented colors into the manufacturing line. All colors, — Red, White & Coral AIR PIX are shipping out this week along with power banks that were ordered with all colors including black.
We thank each and every one of our Backers for your support and encouragement during this exciting flight and wish you all a very Happy & Healthy New Year!

Hello Backers!
We are thrilled (as we know you are too!) that AIR PIX began shipping this week, first to our distribution center in Hong Kong, and from there directly to Backers around the world. Due to the civil unrest in Hong Kong, only 500 units per day are moving to the distribution center, however shipments will scale to 1,000 units per day in the coming week. As your AIR PIX ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
After several setbacks in manufacturing including changing factories and issues with functionality, we are so thankful to YOU, our understanding and supportive Backers in this campaign! We can’t thank you enough for backing AIR PIX!

Dear Backers,
We are happy to announce that AIR PIX shipments began today, based on FIFO (First In - First Out) order sequence and Backerkit survey completion. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your AIR PIX has cleared customs.
We want to thank you very much for your patience and understanding during the complex manufacturing process. Over the last several weeks, we have had to move production from one factory to another which could produce a product that met all of our specifications. This was not an easy decision but we are committed to you and to creating an exceptional product. With your support, we were able to surmount these obstacles so we could produce a superior aerial camera for you to enjoy and also implement even more advanced features through the newest AirSelfie App release.

Dear Backers,
I am very sorry for the continued delays in shipping AIR PIX to you and I understand your disappointment. Our goal at AirSelfie is to deliver our backers the best possible user experience.
Despite receiving the green light from quality control, twice we made the decision to stop the delivery process after receiving feedback from our test pilots regarding issues with functionality. We obviously don’t want to ship a product to everyone if we find problems with a few of them. Our goal is to provide you with the best aerial camera experience in AIR PIX and we are confident we will do just that.
I’ve asked our Social Media Team to update with new posts only when AIR PIX is on its way - and I believe this will happen over the next few days. I know many of you have asked about AIR PIX shipping in time for the December holidays and we are confident it will be shipped and arrive to you in ample time.
Again, I am very sorry for the delays and appreciate your patience.
